Put your name on TBLTV during one of the Stingers home games.
To make it happen, just fill out the form below with the date of the game you will be attending. Your name will be announced during the game and will go up on TBLTV broadcast wishing you a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY!.
The form must be filled out completely and most importantly you MUST send your request AT LEAST (2) BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR to the game of your choice.
